About Us

MACS goal

To provide a continuous, personalised, holiday home care service to owners (providing peace of mind) by managing and monitoring the owners asset. We will deliver all services as contracted, by being flexible and providing value for money while remaining in regular communication with the owner thereby removing any of the day to day problems normally associated with unmanaged property .

Our passion is to care for your holiday home so that you, the owner, need not be hassled by the regular hands-on maintenance, security and management that a property and dwellings require. We can be your representative in Cape Town.

MACS previous experience

Macs Holiday Home Care CC is owned and operated by Ian Cormack who is the founding member. Ian has 25 years working experience in the Information Technology arena providing computing services to small and large business. During this time he has obtained extensive management skills in the IT industry and will use these (service) skills to deliver a specialised holiday home care service to his clients. Ian also owns a home in Edgemead (primary residence) and has gained experience on home maintenance, cleaning and renovations through this home.

How can you trust Macs ?

This service is based on relationships, which we hope to establish with clients using our experience of what clients require and to deliver what is promised. We hope to build positive business relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.

Ian will provide references to potential customers. The references will be obtained from previous employers, financial institutions, existing clients, or whatever is required to ensure that the customer is satisfied that Ian is a trustworthy person. Furthermore, contracts will be compiled to ensure that Macs Holiday Home Care’s responsibility and accountability is maintained throughout the relationship.
