Physical visits

Activities included in home monitoring include regular physical visits to your home to check:

* Condition of property and dwellings

* All taps and toilets in working order

* Alarm system is in working order

* Evidence of water leaks

* Evidence of internal damp

* Evidence of electrical anomalies

* Evidence of illegal occupation and/or dumping

* Evidence of vermin infestation

* Evidence of attempted break-in

* Evidence of garden encroachment on neighbours

* Vehicle status

* Mail Collection

* On site delivery receiving, inspections, standby

Furthermore, MACS will provide regular reports to you on the status of your holiday home via SMS, cellular or landline telephone calls and or email, depending on your preference. We can also send digital photographs to you via e-mail depicting any problems or maintenance required.
